Another project rescued by great design
When AECON stepped in to complete this project, other general contractors had been making proposals that exceeded the owner’s budget by as much as 40%. The original design was for a wood frame structure.
AECON redesigned the building with a pre-engineered steel frame and other fire-proof components, completed construction within the original schedule, and within the owner’s budget.
