Modern building-system materials provided just the right appearance to pre-lease all three buildings as research, training and product promotion facilities for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft. Despite demanding mid-project interior plan revisions (by the tenant) that suspended construction for months, AECON finished the buildings on time and on budget.
