This project entailed both an addition to, and the renovation of, an existing garage for the town of Portland. The existing garage had to be altered in order to allow larger trucks to enter the facility for maintenance and repair. Also required was the installation of trench drains, oil traps, exhaust removal systems and an explosion proof exterior shell. The addition was to be used by the Parks and Recreation Department of Portland for parts and equipment. All of this had to be accomplished while the existing garage was in operation.
